Please NOTE there will be no A Life Worth Living group on Thursday 25th May. The group will recommence on Thursday 1st June.

A group for people who are learning to survive but also want a life worth living.  Do you struggle with depression or low mood?  Feel isolated or lonely?  Would you like more from your life? Recovery is possible

People coming to this group for the first time will be asked to arrive at 10.15am to register for the group. Registration will involve meeting the facilitators, reading and signing the meeting agreement and providing emergency contact details which will be stored confidentially in Simpson House and used only in accordance with our confidentiality agreement.

It is essential that people coming to the group for the first time arrive at 10.15am. For existing group members we would ask that people arrive on time for 10.30am. For people arriving after that time there will be no admission to the group on that day. This is to maintain the safety and confidentiality of the meeting.

The group meets at Simpson House every Thursday from 10:15 to 12 followed by lunch until 12:30.  Feel free to just come along or contact us to meet before hand.
