Introduction to Family Constellation Therapy
Family Constellations therapy is usually done in groups. It is a way of bring to light underlying non-optimal patterns in family systems, which often arise as a result of traumatic events in a family's history. These patterns can have an impact on the emotional and psychological well-being of individual family members in the present day. The introductory day will consist of a mixture of Family Constellations theory and direct experience of the approach. It would be useful if participants could give some though to issues relating to their own background which they might wish to explore over the course of the day.
