Introduction to Gestalt Therapy
This course will introduce the theory and practice of Gestalt Therapy. Gestalt is a humanistic approach, which resolves emotional and psychological difficulties and promotes personal growth through the developoment of self-awareness in the client. The tutor will introduce some basis Gestalt concepts and participants will have the opportunity to practice skills and learn experientially.
