We have self-employed vacancies for:
2 Course Tutors to deliver between 100 – 200 hours of training a year along with tutorials and student support.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Successful candidates will have:
Essential:
• Minimum of a diploma level qualification in counselling or psychotherapy.
• Experience as a counsellor / psychotherapist working with children / young people.
• Knowledge and confidence in the core psychodynamic theoretical orientation of the course
Desirable:
• Qualification and confidence in the core psychodynamic theoretical model of the course.
• BACP / COSCA accreditation, UKCP registration or similar.
• COSCA Trainer Accreditation at Diploma Level or the ability to acquire
• Teaching / training experience and an appropriate qualification.
• Passion and enthusiasm to deliver the programme that will equip new counsellors to work
with children and young people.
