How much does supervision cost?

Supervision is charged at £40/hour.

Where and when is supervision available?

Supervision will be provided at Simpson House, 52 Queen Street, Edinburgh. Simpson House is located in the city centre, ‪ten minutes walk from Waverley and Haymarket rail stations, St Andrews bus station and within ‪two minutes walk from all city centre bus stops. Metered parking is available in Queen Street and George Street. ‬‬

‪‪Supervision times can be arranged for weekdays or evenings. ‬‬

‪‪Is Simpson House accessible for wheelchair users?‬‬

‪‪Simpson House is accessible to wheelchair users, with ground floor meetings rooms and wheelchair accessible toilet facilities. Please phone in advance to arrange portable ramp access to reception.

What 'code of ethics' will my supervisor work to? 

As a BACP member organisation we are bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, the Ethical Guidelines for Researching Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure. For more information on BACP visit www.bacp.co.uk.

What insurance is in place?

Appropriate insurance for practice and premises is maintained.  If you require more detailed information, please ask your Supervisor.

What supervision does my supervisor receive?

Our Supervisors receive independent supervision for their work on a regular basis.
